Moving Day

Today Dad moved to the Select Care Facility in St. Joseph Hospital. His new room number is 815. He is on the 8th floor and visiting hours are from 8am to 8pm. We are thankful that he is no longer considered a ICU patient.

The transition went smooth, however it is a big change for all. Dad now shares a room with another patient but is in the bed closest to the door. They have ordered the special bed he had at Parkview that rotates, we are looking forward to him getting that. He will start physical therapy this week for 3 hours a day. This is the good part of the move as the PT is more focused and will help dad to get to the next level.

We believe in miracles, with God all things are possible. Everyday is a new day.

Our God is the Great Physician, and Healer. Only He knew that this is where Jim would be today. He is so good.
We will continue to be faithful in prayer as he begins this difficult road of rehab.

I pray for your peace and patience. Today is exactly what you said, "moving day!"
Hold onto that, you are moving, one step at a time. God Bless you all.

We have been praying for Jim and the family since we heard of his accident. Our daughter, Julie, told us about this internet update of Jim's progress. We are glad to hear that Jim has made some progress and we will continue to pray as he makes progress in his rehab.

Hi Maley Crewe',

Thanks for the update. Your strength shows in your words. The Holy Spirit is lifting you and Jim up with overwhelming wonders.
I assure you that your Witness is powerful, and at least one if not many are seeing this and walking closer to becoming Christians.

1 Corinthians 12:9
The same Spirit gives great faith to another, and to someone else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing.

Romans 8:26 (this one is close to me during tough times)
In the same way, the Holy Spirit helps us when we are weak. We don't know what we should pray for. But the Spirit himself prays for us. He prays with groans too deep for words.

We pour out our Love and Prayers to you.
